coal petrol and natural gas are fossil fuel
fossils fuel are non renewable source of energy .once exhausted , fossil fuels will not be available to us in the near future

the burning of fossil fuel causes a lot of air pollution

the burning of fossil fuels produces large amount of carbon dioxide gas which goes into air.the presence of increasing amount of carbon dioxide gas in air causing increased greenhouse gas effect leading excess heating of earth.
