what are the disadvantages of acids in our daily life?

Even though the acids are very important in our daily life, we have some disadvantges  of acids:
They are:
1. acids are corrosive in nature.
2. If soil for agriculture land is acidic in nature. it is unfit for growth of plants. hence soil fertility decreases.
3. If PH level of acid in our mouth falls below 5.5 . tooth decay starts.
4. If excess acid (Hcl) is released in stomach, we get acidity problem.
5. If PH value of rain water is about 5.6 it is called as acid rain which cause harm to marine and aquatic life  and even  Historical monuments .
