Social media is a new form of communication. It brings changes. It is difficult to classify them in the category of good and evil, it is better to learn how to use them for their own purposes.

For social media business, they have given an unprecedented opportunity to communicate with customers and collect their feedback in real time. Tools for moderation and monitoring of social media type allow this feedback to collect, analyze and draw conclusions. This enables better communication, reaching really interested users and constantly improve products, services and even create new products or services in the crowdsourcing model.

For individuals, social media give a great opportunity to contact people around the world. They allow gathering information and establishing contacts both private and business.

well there are many advantages as well as disadvantages of using the "social media".... some of those are listed below :

ADVANTAGES :

1. Social media is a great platform for everyone. Every single person can put his or her view, talents, etc. on display for the world to watch.

2. The conversation between 2 people has gotten quicker than ever!

3. You get to meet and connect with all kinds of people! In here everyone's the same!

4. People can be literally anyone here, which is a limitation in the real world.

You can create a virtual self here who u can build and no one can say "no u can't be that!"

DISADVANTAGES :

1. As anyone can put their content or views which can be seen by everyone... the people then have a right to comment on Ur talent, view or content, that can turn out to be bad sometimes...

2. As anyone can put anything on the internet, come users may put things that promotes hate or which are insulting or just bad as a whole for other users....

3. Plus sometimes people get soo much involved in their virtual self that they don't want to return in the real world...
