AGW refers to Anthropogenic Global Warming. As the world suggests the process is global and does not refer to individual state or country. Developing countries justify the need for using fossil fuels for their survival and economic development while developed countries feel they should stop fossil fuels due to their release of green house gases into the atmosphere leading to Global Warming. Developing countries also stress the point that developed countries should help find alternative to using fossil fuel thereby taking their fair share to help the developing countries to progress.
