Disorders related to circulatory system :-
Hypertension -
- It is also called as high blood pressure.
- It is the term used to indicate blood pressure higher than normal (120/80).
- If the repeated cheques of blood pressure of an individual is 140/90 or higher, i.e. 140 mm Hg diastolic pressure and 90 mm Hg systolic pressure; then the individual is said to be in hypertension.
- This can leads to hard decisions and can also affect different organs like brain and kidney.
CAD -
- This is also said to be coronary artery disease.
- Also, it can be called atherosclerosis.
- It mainly affects vessels that supply blood to heart muscle.
- It happens due to the deposition of calcium, fat, cholesterol and fibrous tissues making the lumen of arteries narrower.
Angina -
- It is also called as Angina pectoris.
- It can occur in in an individual at any age but it is common to occur in middle-aged and elderly people.
- The symptom includes acute chest pain. This happens when know enough oxygen is reaching the heart muscle.
- It occurs because of the conditions that affect the blood flow.
Heart Failure -
- It is the state of heart when it does not pump blood effectively to meet the needs of the body.
- It can be called as congestive heart failure because it's main symptom includes congestion of lungs.
