Any Individual who desires to open savings bank account in individual capacity need to furnish following documents:-

1. Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Form No. 60 (except in case of small accounts);

2. Photograph; and

3. At least one copy of the any Officially Valid Documents (OVD’s) mentioned below, as proof of identity and current address

a. Passport
b. Driving License
c. Proof of Possession of Aadhaar Number
d. Voter’s Identity card issued by Election Commission of India
e. Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
f. Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address
