Due to democracy, no single power can control misbehavior of small leaders. The lower rank officer can defy his superior in-spite of being unfair in his job.

Hence forth all leader & officials try to compromise even at the cost of national prospects. They steal the resources of the country and deceive people.

Leaders keep changing so, democracy leads to instability.
Democracy leads to corruption.
Democracy is all about power play and political competition.
