a. There are a large number of factors that can be attributed to the decline in animal population

b. Increase in deforestation rate has led to extinction of many species of plants and animals. 

c. Likewise other human factors like hunting , poaching for skin, hides, âesh has also led to decline in the percentage of wildlife 


d. One can attribute poverty also as one of the reasons, which compels an individual to kill animals to meet his basic need for food.


e. Political causes, like war, conâict among groups not effect human life and property , it does impact wildlife , bombings, leads to killing of animals in large scale.

f. Besides that ineffective implementation of laws, legislations leads to hunting


g. Environmental causes, global warming, rise in global temperature, floods, drought , any other natural disaster like cyclones, Tsunami also leads to significant loss of animals

  • Lack of animal protection budget in the states finance budget.
  • Lack of attention to the wild-life preservation.
  • Not enough animal rights in the states constitution.
  • The sky rocketing prices of animal products such as vet, accessories, food and etc.
