See haemoglobin is very important for our body it is called as the respiratory pigment. It transports oxygen in the dissolved form in blood to those parts of the body which are deficient in oxygen. Haemoglobin is present in the RBCs of our body. If we do not have sufficient haemoglobin in our body then we get a condition called Annemia where a person feels tired and fatigue all the time. In iron deficiency, low levels of hemoglobin mean the heart has to work extra hard to carry oxygen. This may lead to irregular heartbeats or the feeling that your heart is beating abnormally fast ( 4 ). In extreme cases, it can lead to an enlarged heart, heart murmur, or heart failure
