Then our central government will become more powerful ...than state government results it will have all supereme power ....which extends the life of our lokpal and it will makes the country unite  (acting as one ).......but our fundamental rights will be suspended

the fundamental rights of a citizen can be curbed except for the right to life.
the salaries of governmentt emplooyees can be reduced.
The centre becomes more powerful 
in case of state emergency the governor becomes the head of the state while the state legislative assembly and council are dissolved
