Effect of change of temperature on the state of matter :

Matter can be changed into another state by changing the temperature.

For example : When temperature falls, water solidifies into ice.

Whereas when temperature rises, it changes into vapour in the gaseous form.

Thus by changing the temperature, we can change the state of matter.
