Effects of Force. A force acting on an object causes the object to change its shape or size, to start moving, to stop moving, to accelerate or decelerate. When there's the interaction between two objects they exert a force on each other, these exerted forces are equal in size but opposite in direction.

following are the effects of force acting on an object

1. the force can set a body in motion.

for example a ball in rest at floor is pushed trolls on the floor

2. the force can stop the moving objects or body

for example the moving bike can be stopped or brought to rest by applying the break

3. the force can change the speed of the body

for example the speed of bike reduces due to applying the break it produces the friction between the break and the rims of the tire

4. force can change the direction of an object

5 it can also change the speed of the object as well as its direction of motion

six force can change the shape and size of the body
