Just nothing, they all had to bind up their business as they can't pay that much huge penalities and even cannot provide sufficient salaries to the employees leading to the total collapsing of the the business company

The penalties are mainly imposed on the industries when the product or the supplied services do not meet the criteria according to the price and intended quality and also when the deliverable is something different than the client's desire.
