1)Genetic drift causes a loss in genetic diversity due to loss of alleles, which leads to an increase in homozygosity and this is also called inevitable inbreeding. Imagine that at some moment in history a mutation occurred.
2)Non-random mating can cause inbreeding, but this is evitable. Mating closely related animals on purpose, like brother and sister or father and daughter matings, results in an increased probability that the offspring of the mating will receive the same allele from both parents.
