2.On that large area all flora and fauna should be removed.
3.Also the aquatic life divides and stay on only one side of dam and cannot travel to another side.

(1) To construct a dam huge space need. (2) For this a large amount of trees are cut. (3) Large amount of water is present in dam and due to it salinity increase in the place where dam is situated. So a lot of fish die.
