hey ! here is ur answer
The depletion of the ozone layer has multiple effects on your health, primarily negative. Since exposure to sunlight causes damage to human tissue, less ozone layer leads to a higher incidence of skin and eye conditions, including skin cancer and eye lesions such as cataracts.

hey mate here's your answer:-
there are lots of disadvantages of depletion of ozoneayer because ozone is a protective layer which protects our environment from the harmful effects of radiations of sun ..and if there won't be any kind of protective layer like ozone so we'll have to face direct radiations to our skin.
which will lead to skin cancer and there won't be equilibrium in our chemical mechanisms of our environment.
hope it'll help you dear mate ☺
