They crawl through sewages and become the carrier of many disease causing germs which have adverse effect on human health.
Salmonella Typhi which is found in cockroaches causes typhoid.
Poliomyletis which mainly causes polio are found in insects.
They are also a main causes for causing dysentry.

Rats are hosts to flea which carry bacteria for plague. Through rats,the plague can be spread in human population. Cockroaches are proven to be carriers of typhoid. Both of them contaminate and destroy our food. Therefore, rats and cockroaches have direct effect on human health
