What are the effects of vitamin d deficiency and how can it be prevented?

Vitamin D deficiency can cause Rickets it is the softening and weakneing of bones and it can be prevented by taking proper amount of vitamin D and the foods rich in vitamin D like eggs,fish oil ,milk and dairy products etc Sun is also a good sourof vitamin D

Vitamin D is very important for the body as it gives strength to our bones.

In case you do not get sufficient amount of vitamin D, one is sure to face bone diseases like rickets.

That is why it is necessary to have little amount of sunshine on daily basis and even take vitamin D supplements which are quite effective.
