The end product of protein digestion are amino acids unlike that of carbohydrate which may be glucose, galactose or fructose. The end product of fat digestion are triglycerides, free fatty acids and glycerol. The end products of protein digestion are very different from those of carbohydrates.

2> Proteins → "Amino Acids"
