Digestion of fat in small intestine:-
(i). Fats do not go direct digestion process as enzyme lypase cannot act on fat molecules directly.
(ii). Before that bile juice mix with them and perform emulsification and reduce the surface area/tension of fat molecule.
(iii). Lipids———>glycerole+fatty acids
(iv). After emalsification lypase acts on fats to form glycerole and fatty acids
