Environmental problems are the problems that are caused by human activities.  These are the harmful effects of human activity. These human activities affect directly or indirectly the biophysical environment.

It is very important to protect the Natural Environment.

Nearly 120 million people have made the 983,213 square kilometer area of Nigeria as densely populated. The endless desire for recreation, shelter, food and facility of the people of Nigeria had made the country to face many environmental challenges.

The situation of land exploitation in Nigeria has been found uncontrollable even though the Federal Environmental Protection Agency took the charge on protecting the environment.
