the equality of Indian constitution means that all the people who are the citizen of India as well as foreigner are equal before the law and all are treated equally in the matter of education religious purpose and other government official no one will get the special enjoyment from any of the group or from the constitution only they can get the benefit bye getting reservation which is only possible when it is passed through the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha by two third of the majority so the main thing is that all are equal before the law and no enjoys the special power this is the main equality of the Indian Constitution
