2) Economically Feasible means for purposes of Sections 13.7 and 14.5 hereof, that the Net Revenues from any operations of the Enterprise in question shall on a monthly basis exceed the aggregate debt service payments due and payable during such month on each of the Loans and any other indebtedness to which Great Lakes has subordinated its liens.

3) I couldn’t find it saying “Should be culturally acceptable”

Anyway, let’s see a couple of examples.

TEA.

Originally a produce of China(southwest), where it was used as a medicinal drink, was introduced in India during British period.

Amazingly, the tea plantation started in India well before it was adopted by the population.

Those were the days when it was extensively advertised to otherwise not-interested population, distributed free of cost (like MAGGI was) and today it is seen as a RESOURCE available in India.

Now, let’s see some examples where India is providing resources to the world, which is not SO acceptable by the society.

Scientists

In our society, most of the people want their kids to be a doctor/engineer/IAS or even a politician but not a scientist.

This is my personal observation from various types of people I have met in my life.

And they are highly valued in rest of the world.

Red Sandalwood

Although used by local people, it never attracted the attention that it gets in Japan & China. Being a produce of southern India, it was/is unknown to other parts of the country till it gained fame due to its soaring prices.

Now, it’s a banned item for exports, but unfortunately, India is the main supplier of it.

I am sure, there might be other examples also.

I have send photo of first answer.
