Primary secondary sexual characters are  directly involved and secondary sexual characters are not directly involved in reproduction....so don't get confused

The body part which develops special features which make it easier to distinguish boy and girls are called secondary sexual character.  

Explanation:

  • "Secondary sexual" characteristics in "boys" are "produced" by the "male sex hormone" so it is called as "testosterone" made in testes and girls are produced by the "female sex hormone" is called "estrogens" made in ovaries.

The external characteristics in males are.

  • Hair growth on face in the form of "beard and mustache".
  • "Shoulder and chest" broadens.
  • A deep or "low pitched voice".

The external characteristics in Females are.

  • Development of breast.
  • "Hips broaden" and "become more prominent".
