Employment : People mainly youths usually migrate to western countries for better employment. They are skilled like doctors, engineers etc. Unskilled workers mainly from South India migrate to the Gulf countries. They from states like Kerala, Telangana, Andhrapradesh etc. Some people migrate internally from rural to urban cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Banglore etc.
Most of the youths after completing their secondary education they like to study their higher education in Abroad countries like USA, Germany etc. Youths from poor family migrate to Large cities. In this way education is also a factor.
Marriages : The bridegroom usually migrate to brides house after marriage. This also considered as migration. Most of the women after marriage migrates from their native place.
Natural Calamities : When a disaster occurs in a place the people from that area migrate to another place for better livelihood. This also considered as migration.
