No it doesn't depend on the mass of the liquid.

It does depend on the density of the liquid.

The rise of the liquid is proportional to

Surface tension.

Angle of contact.

It is inversely proportional to

Radius of capillary

Density of the liquid.

Acceleration due to gravity.

Note that the cos(theta) term divided by radius of capillary is actually the radius of meniscus.
