Our Constitution is the one of the best constitution in the world. But it depends largely on the people and the leaders that make it effective.

B.R. Ambedkar rightly said that It doesn’t matter how good a political system is, It depends on the people who make it good.

• Though the Elephantine size of the Constitution, it has written almost everything which could be in context for the favor of the country.

• Federal structure with the spirit of unity makes the distribution of power distinct and hence effective.

• Law making by legislation.

• Fundamental rights given to citizen of India treated equal before law.

• Judicial review.

• Right to constitutional remedies.
