The factors on which human capacity to convert natural resources into useful products depends are :-


1. Education: - it is the first and the most important factor. Humans are intellectual but if their intellectuality is not sharpened then its of no use and brains are sharpened through Education .


2. Training: - though the person is well educated but if he is not trained and polished for a particular sector then it'll be wasted. Its not that the country having high population are the most successful ones because they have so many human brains it depends on how many polished human brains are there .


3. Health :- even if the the person is well educated and well trained but he remains unwell all the time then what's the use being educated and trained. It's very hard to remain healthy because Health is wealth .
