Hi Snehitha,
Abraham Lincoln has faced many failures but he never gave up. Given below are his failures.
In 1832, he lost his job and was defeated in state legislature.
The following year he failed in business.
The next year, his fiancee died.
In 1836, he had nervous breakdown.
In 1838, he was defeated for speaker.
In 1843, he was defeated in nomination for Congress.
In 1848, he also lost renomination.
In the following year, he lost his chance of land officer.
In 1854, he lost for U.S senate.
After 2 years, he lost in the nomination for vice president.
In 1958, again he ran for U.S senate and lost.
After all these, in 1860, he was elected as the President of USA.
Thus, though he faced many failures, he never gave up.
