  5. Freedom of association - No restrictions placed on people who wants to form political parties.
  6. Freedom of assembly - No restrictions on right to hold meetings or organise demonstrations
  7. Respect the individual rights - State must always protect it's individuals whose rights are endangered by the action of others.
  8. Respect for minority rights. - Minorities should not have their basic rights disrupted by the majority
  9. Respect for the law - People who r given democratic rights should obey the law
  10. .Respect for democratic procedures - Individuals or groups who hv grievances against the system should operate within it.
