Lal Ded was a famous spiritual poet born in the 14th century in Kashmir. Her real name was Lalleshwari and she was well known as Lalla.

She got married at the age of 12 and the whole family mistreated her.

After that, she became the disciple of Sid Srikanth and relieved from her maternal life.

As a spiritual poet, she roamed naked quoting her proverbs and poems.

She has mostly mentioned the quotes of peace in her poems and spread Shaivism and Sufism in the world.
