Foremost thing is that the given sequence is an A.P.

Given , Second term = 3. ________(1)

t \ \frac{}{2}  = 3

4th term of the same A.P = 6_______(2)

t \frac{}{4}  = 6

Solving , it we get the value of a (first term) and

d (the common difference).

a =  \frac{3}{2}  \:

d =  \frac{3}{2}

And , therefore proceed !!
