1-horizontal form of power sharing... example: legislature ,executive and judiciary system in India

2-vertical power sharing... example: a general government for the entire country and governments at the provincial and regional level

3-power may also be shared among different social groups.... example: community government in Belgium

4-power sharing among political parties pressure groups and movements.
