Functions are:

2) The NYDA gives venture assets to youthful entrepreneurs aged in the range of 18 and 35 years.

3) The Isivande Women's Fund gives subsidize / fund only to ladies to enable them with existing business.  

4) The DTI gives reserve to qualifying organizations from different areas.
