The four noble truths are ;

▶ This worldis full of misery and sorrow .

▶the main cause of human suffering is Desire .

▶suffering can be minimised by killing the Desire .

▶this desire can be killed by "Asthmarg" .

This is according to lord Buddha .

  • The world is full of suffering.

  • The main cause of suffering is desire.

  • One must get rid of desire to end suffering.

  • To end suffering,hence desire one must follow the eight fold paths.

And,the eight fold paths were-

  • Right view
  • Right speech
  • Right effort
  • Right meditation
  • Right intention
  • Right livelihood
  • Right action and
  • Right mindfulness.
