1) Be on time: The calls have to be answered promptly within two rings. If you are not available, then new business might get lost.
2) Smile, whenever answering the phone and be polite.
3) You have to answer the phone with legitimate greeting. And end with legitimate ending like ‘Thanks you for reaching XYZ Company’, and so on.
4) Communicate effectively. You have to know the services offered by your company.
