nucleus membrane demarcates nucleus from other protoplasm such as cytoplasm and cell organelle. There are also nuclear pores which help in exchange of materials and gases in or out the cell. Ribosomes also go out of nucleus by nuclear membrane to endoplasmic reticulum.
