in plant cell vacuoles are full of cell sap and provide turgidity and rigidity to the cell many substances of importances in the life of the plant cell are stored in vacoules. this include amino acids sugars various organic acids and some proteins. also contains food items and the food for amoeba.in some unicellular organisms specialised vacuoles also play important roles in expelling excess water and some waste from the cell..............

vacuole is membrane bound of  sac like structure.

it is big in plants but small in animals..

it contains amino acid, sugar, organic acid ect.

and it develops false feet known as pseudopodia to take food in that sac....
