▶Villi is a small finger like projection present in a small intestine for absorption of essential component from food as well as water.

▶ Villi is surrounded by many type of blood capillaries which help in absorption of essential component.

▶ as in the figure there is many type of blood capillary present in it.

the small intestine is folded and projected in the form of finger like structures called villi,which increases the absorptive surface area.these villi have many blood vessels, which absorb digested food and carry it ro the blood stream and then deliver it to each and every cell of the body
