cerebrum - Voluntary actions, memory and intelligence
thalamus- sensation of pain, pressure, touch
hypothalamus- Body temperature regulation
cerebellum-coordination of muscular activity and body balance
pons- transmit impulses between the two hemispheres and coordinate muscular activity
medulla oblongata-activities of internal organs and involuntary functions.

Cerebellum:- maintains equilibrium, body balance
Hypothalamus:- secretes two hormones such as Vasopressin & oxytocin,controls sleep,awake,hunger,thirst..
Medulla:- controls heart beat, respiration...
Pons:-  message station between several areas of the brain. It helps in relay of messages .
Thalamus:- sensory and motor signal relay and the regulation of consciousness and sleep
