Connective tissue are one of the most widely distributed tissue all over the body.

The functions of connective tissue are :-

➫ It connects various structures in the body (ligaments and tendons).

➫ It provides structure support to the body.(Bones)

➫ Transports various substances in the body.(blood and lymph)

➫ Insulates various organs in the body. (Adipose tissues)
