Liver is a dry lobed structure. It secretes bile salts and bile pigments which are stored in Gall bladder. As these salts and pigments are alkaline in nature, they provide alkaline medium for trypsin to activate.
Pancreas is duel in function. It secretes a hormone called insulin as well as it helps in the digestion process. It secretes pancreatic juices which includes pancreatic amylase (convert carbohydrates into glucose), pancreatic lipase(convert lipids into fats and fatty acids), trypsin(convert proteins into aminoacids).
