What are the functions of lymph??(at least 3 points)

The lymphatic system has multiple inter related functions : 1) it is responsible for the removal of interstitial fluid from tissues. 2) it absorbs and transports fatty acids and fats as chyle from the digestive system. 3) it transports white blood cellsto and from the lymph nodes into the bones.

(1) It destroy the foreign microorganisms in lymph node through lymphocytes.

(2) It absorbs fatty acid are digested food in the villi of intestine mainly in small intestine through lacteals by farming chylomicrons droplets.

(3) It maintains the quality and quantity of the heart by restoring the fluid and solutes that is leaved by the blood.

(4) It controls the constration of protein in the tissue fluid.

(5) It carries carbon dioxide (CO2) nitrogenous waste(NO2) materials that pass into the tissue fluid or lymph.

(6) It return protein to the blood and help in maintaining the osmetic concentration of the blood.
