The Vice President of India is also ex officio Chairperson of the Rajya Sabha. When a bill is introduced in Rajya Sabha, the vice president decides whether it is a financial bill or not.

*The Vice President was the Chair Person of The Lower House called Rajya Sabha...he decides weather the bill passed by the central government was financial or not and how much it's useful to the public.

*He also ask the Government that who much they have spent in a tenure and rules followed by the bill that announced by the Government.

*He rules the country in the absence of the President like death, accidents etc happened to the President.
