sweating occurs in all our body like forehead, palms, feet etc.,we sweat to regulate our temperature if our temperature is too hot.Sweat is the body's way to help cool your body and maintain body temperature. It can also be a response to our stress , nervous or anxiety . Sweat contains water, salts, and urea, and is part of the excretory function of the skin. Without sweat, our body can experience damage to its organs and even death.The main reason for our bodies to sweat is to cool it off as our temp raises so we don't overheat. This is especially true during exercise and in hot climates.
