What are the fundamental rights? How these help us to live better

Fundamental rights are the basic rights that are granted by the Indian constitution to the citizens which are legal by law. 
And it is helping us in living better as it gives us the civil liberties. We could enjoy the benefits from it being a citizen, like freedom of speech which gives us the freedom to express....

 fundamental right are the basic rights given to the citizen of its country  by the constitution and no one can take it away from the citizens
