Hi friend,

The movement of tetonic plates is a scientific concept in which seven bigger plates and several smaller plates move in the lithosphere of the earth. These plates move in three different directions; Towards each other, away from each other, and on top of each other. They only move a few inches but it cause turmoil on the earth in the form of following geological events;

  1. Earthquake
  2. Tsunamis
  3. Cyclone
  4. Major Landslides

I hope the answer is helpful.

Thanks

Answer:

  1. Earthquake
  2. Tsunami
  3. Cyclone
  4. Landslides

Explanation:

Geological processes:

Events known as geological processes take place over a period of time that can range from millions of years to thousands of kilometres.

Plate movement:

The plates move occasionally toward and occasionally away from one another due to the heat produced by nuclear processes occurring within the planet's interior. Tectonic shift is another name for this movement.

Despite the fact that they merely move a few inches, the earth is shaken by the following geological occurrences: Earthquake, tsunami, cyclone, and significant landslides.

The devastation of property and significant loss of life are caused by geologic hazards.

More than a million people have died from earthquakes alone in the twentieth century, and the value of the property lost to earthquakes and tsunamis is in the tens of billions of dollars.
