guilds is an association of artisans or merchants who oversee the practice of their craft or trade in a particular area.in other words we can say that guild is the material or item which transfer from one place to another place but on transferring the goods we have to pay tax to each village on the basis of its weight

powerful because there are not international guilds just strict local ones
