Billions of people, including children, today use mobile phone many hours a day in front of the screen such as television has become a common practice. However, we often forget that excessive use of electronic gadgets has a negative effect on our health. iPods and headphones will make their ear drum become less sensitive to sound and at a point of time we may completely loss our hearing. and  continuous use of mobile phones for text messaging or playing games will lead to pain in fingers. This will weaken the nerves of all your fingers and make them stiff not allowing your fingers to move easily.There are lots of other gadgets causing damage to human body.Gadgets make our work easier. If we use it in a constructive way with limited usage then it is definitely a good thing to be appreciated...
