Fats and proteins are beneficial for our body.


But too much fat or protein can lead to various health related problems.


In a survey it is found that fat should be somewhere around 22-28% in our body.


Also, protein should not be taken more than 150 g.


It makes the body fat and unfit.

There are many harmful effects for the excess intake of fat and proteins such as weight loss or weight gain.

  It is depends on the fat and protein intake also on the other physiological conditions of body. It also causes high LDL (Low-Density Lipoproteins) cholesterol level that deposited in blood vessels and may lead to heart disease and cancer.  

 Excess protein is usually stored as fat while the surplus of amino acids is excreted. The prolong effects of excess intake of fat and protein can also cause obesity.
